I have been in Dürnstein with my friend recently and we stopped by here to grab a beer. When I paid, as a change the waiter gave me coins including several two euros. After a while (when we returned to Vienna), I realized that one of the two euro coins was a 10 Thai baht coin. So the waiter scammed us. Because there is no way he couldn't know since he was checking the coins to give me. I believe this isn't an honest mistake. Since we aren't native German speakers but living in Vienna, he didn't like our accent and decided to speak in English that's why I'm typing this comment in English as well to make them understand.
Overall I even left a tip, but I wish I wouldn't since this restaurant doesn't even deserve a single cent that they earn.
